Underage Gambling Prevention Programme
Underage gambling over the
past few years has become a major issue, with over 60k
children known to be avid gamblers.
Prevention Town children’s charity are aiming to reduce this shocking figure, by introducing our schools underage gambling prevention programme.
The programme will include, fun engaging animations, in the guise of the accredited Kools family and will be complimented by our full schools programme, featuring, interactive Q+A’s, lesson plans and downloadable supportive work sheets.
To launch the programme, we have very kindly been given the venue, Playground Liverpool private members club, for one night, where in association with Ace Events, we will be staging a fundraising night.

Monaco Charity Fundraising event, in aid of underage gambling prevention
Prevention Town in association with Aces Out, are holding a charity fundraising event in Monaco harbour aboard a luxury chartered yacht.
The event will be on a pre paid ticket only basis and all ticket holders will be entered into a knock out Texas Hold’em poker tournament.
The tournament will start with three poker tables of eight and will knock down to a final table of six.
The overall winner will take €50k, 2nd place will take €20k and third place will take €10k.
All profits from the fundraising event will be go towards prevention towns underage gambling prevention programme. The programme will be distributed to all schools across the UK and eventually the World.

Super Yacht Tournament
Prevention Town in association with Aces Out, are holding a charity fundraising event in Monaco harbour aboard a luxury super yacht.
We are currently looking for sponsors and partners for this very exclusive and exciting fundraising event. It is intended that the event will see the winner of the tournament receiving €1,000,000 and second prize being €250,000, with a buy in of only €35,000.

Prevention Town have realised during these times of austerity, that we have to look outside the box with regards conventional charity fundraising. We are constantly being told by the normal avenues of charity revenue through charitable Foundations and Trusts, that due to hard times, donations are just not available at the moment but wish us luck with our fundraising efforts.
Our support for schools, hospitals and ultimately education for children and families is more important now than ever. As organisations similar to ourselves, up and down the country are feeling the pinch, consequently reducing their services and support in important areas, such as child accident and injury prevention and general welfare education.
This is why we have come up with the unique ways displayed above, for those who can afford to enjoy the events listed, while feeling great in the knowledge that they supporting a greater cause.
